"Equipped for Change"

Everyone talks about the "new normal" or "getting back to normal" after an event.  But what if there IS no going back? What if you're not headed into a "new" normal; but really just your "next normal"?  Change is a process that begins with an event.  So often we focus so much on the event that we miss the process of transformation and growth that leads us to our "next".  During this session, we'll discuss the process of change; what that looks like in action; and ways you can equip yourself to embrace, manage, and lead through change to come out better on the other side.
