Lori Fike is passionate about the details. After managing 19 personal and four corporate moves, Lori knew she had a gift and a calling. What was dread to everyone else in organizing, managing and executing smooth moves was an adrenaline rush for her. After two decades of high-achievement positions in marketing and finance for national and international manufacturing and financial services firms, Lori followed her passion, establishing Chaos to Calm, Inc.

Lori experienced first-hand the stress, trauma and emotional turmoil that occurs when caring for a loved one in 2008 when her mother was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. She oversaw her mother’s care and managed three moves as her condition worsened, from home to independent care to assisted living and finally a memory care facility. As the journey through dementia filled Lori with a desire to serve the senior market, a successfully won battle with breast cancer motivated her to seek a career path focused on helping others. She obtained her certification as a Senior Move Manager so she could dedicate herself to using her talents and passion to serve older adults and those who need assistance with any or all aspects of the relocation process and/or home organization.

Lori’s adeptness at juggling multiple details and deadlines has made her the go-to person in whatever endeavor she has undertaken. Her high energy, love of the details and organizing set her apart, while her can-do attitude enables her to achieve what others may have thought couldn’t be done. As Director of Calm, Lori has taken that role to the next level. Overseeing all aspects of the business, Lori directs her team with a sharp focus on meeting their customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
