Managing Chaos – A True Story

• How to keep toxic people at bay

• Why entrepreneurs need to make themselves replaceable at work

• Tips on getting in your exercise and “me-time”

Work, kids, marriage, commitments, hobbies, volunteer positions, “me time” and the list goes on. Is it possible to “keep all of the balls in the air” and still find time to exhale and dare I say, smell a few roses along the way?

As women we almost instinctively put ourselves, our health, our lives and our happiness behind everyone else’s and as a result our health suffers, our sleep suffers, and our brains are over worked.

Join us as April shares how she learned to balance life and gives us practical ways to do the same.

Be prepared to take notes, laugh out loud and leave with at least a few things that you can do to help manage your chaos.
