You may not have been at Business Sorority years ago when BS Founder Mel Miller called Julie Tache at 9am to say the speaker had cancelled…for that day! The speaker’s subject was “How to not give a F@*k” and Mel asked Julie to fill in at noon. Thanks to having a long background in live radio and TV, and being Director of the Speaker’s Group, Julie was used to extemporaneous speech. So, she got up and did a 20 minute talk, and everyone had a great time! She taught why and how you can succeed by not always worrying so much, and by asking for help when it’s needed.
