Spitfire Academy is a comprehensive program designed to help a newer female small business owner grow, learn, expand and improve her business. In addition to providing access to online training materials, those chosen to be mentees through Spitfire Academy will be assigned a mentor (a successful local business owner) to act as her guide.

The mentors are a ‘who’s who’ of local business women who are highly-skilled and recognize the importance of giving back to their community.
