About the event
Come shop and network with us!! Â Get the Holiday shopping over early. Â Meet our vendors, enter the drawing for fantastic give-a-ways, have lunch and meet new people. Â Doors open at 11am. Â We will be drawing for door prizes every 1/2 hour. Â
Vendor FAQ:
Q. Â When do I need to have my items ready for the swag bags (plan on 100 items)? Â
A. Â These must be given to Angela Simcox between 12-3 & 12-5. Â More questions can be sent to her at: Â angela@queencityemc.com and she will be sending e-mails to the individuals that have signed up.
Q. Â As a vendor, what time do I need to be at the venue to set up? Â
A. Â You must arrive between 9AM-10AM. Â (Earlier the better). Â IF you arrive after 10AM you may not be allowed to set up as we may be ready to start receiving guests (yes, some arrive very early!).
Q. I have signed up to be a vendor! Â What can I expect? Â
A. Your table will already be draped. Â You will need to bring your own items for decoration. Â Make your table attractive to draw attention! Â If you have someone that plans to help you work your table, they will need to sign up for a lunch separately. Â If you need power, let us know at angela@queencityemc.com. Â You would still want to bring an extension cord.
Q. Can I contribute a door prize? Â
A. Â YES! Â Door prizes are welcome! Â We have an amazing EMCEE who will be giving your 60 second commercial for you if you donate a door prize. Â Door prizes must have a CASH VALUE (no coupons or other redeemables) of at least $50.00. Â Let us know if you will be bringing a door prize at mary@AuroraAccountingSolutions.com. Â We will send you a form that MUST be completed and attached to the door prize.
Q. Do I have to be a member to attend?
A. NO! Â Our holiday event is always open to guests!
* We will be picking up something for breakfast for our vendors that arrive at 9AM.
* As always, this event is a non-refundable event. Â If you have signed up and cannot make it, feel free to ask someone else if they want your table/ticket. Â This is allowed up to 3 times in the Business Sorority "year" that runs from 8/1 - 7/31 each year.
