About the event

Come shop and network with us!!  Get the Holiday shopping over early.  Meet our vendors, enter the drawing for fantastic give-a-ways, have lunch and meet new people.  Doors open at 11am.  We will be drawing for door prizes every 1/2 hour.  

Vendor FAQ:

Q.  When do I need to have my items ready for the swag bags (plan on 100 items)?  

A.  These must be given to Angela Simcox between 12-3 & 12-5.  More questions can be sent to her at:  angela@queencityemc.com and she will be sending e-mails to the individuals that have signed up.

Q.  As a vendor, what time do I need to be at the venue to set up?  

A.  You must arrive between 9AM-10AM.  (Earlier the better).  IF you arrive after 10AM you may not be allowed to set up as we may be ready to start receiving guests (yes, some arrive very early!).

Q. I have signed up to be a vendor!  What can I expect?  

A. Your table will already be draped.  You will need to bring your own items for decoration.  Make your table attractive to draw attention!  If you have someone that plans to help you work your table, they will need to sign up for a lunch separately.  If you need power, let us know at angela@queencityemc.com.  You would still want to bring an extension cord.

Q. Can I contribute a door prize?  

A.  YES!  Door prizes are welcome!  We have an amazing EMCEE who will be giving your 60 second commercial for you if you donate a door prize.  Door prizes must have a CASH VALUE (no coupons or other redeemables) of at least $50.00.  Let us know if you will be bringing a door prize at mary@AuroraAccountingSolutions.com.  We will send you a form that MUST be completed and attached to the door prize.

Q. Do I have to be a member to attend?

A. NO!  Our holiday event is always open to guests!

* We will be picking up something for breakfast for our vendors that arrive at 9AM.

* As always, this event is a non-refundable event.  If you have signed up and cannot make it, feel free to ask someone else if they want your table/ticket.  This is allowed up to 3 times in the Business Sorority "year" that runs from 8/1 - 7/31 each year.
